decent stay with minor issues
convenient location varied breakfast friendly staff bottled water missing desk bathroom slippers
The location was very convenient , as i found it easy to reach everything quickly. the breakfast room was a highlight . The breakfast was plentiful and varied. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
unlike most hotels , there was no bottled drinking water provided in the room. there was also no desk or even a small table in the room where i could place my laptop and work. basic amenities , such as bathroom slippers , were also missing.

superb stay
amazing assistance recycling bin washable glasses quality mugs
Lily at the front desk provided amazing assistance. i had mistakenly booked a standard single room. She accommodated me as best as possible. i appreciated the multi stream recycling bin.
The air conditioning did not work well in rooms. Windows also did not open in the same rooms. despite requesting assistance with the air conditioning, i didn't get help during my entire stay.

adequate but underwhelming stay
dirty carpet chaotic breakfast
the location was close to transportation, a plus when navigating a new city.
My room was not cleaned well upon arrival. I found a stain on the carpet near the bed. i also thought the breakfast area was chaotic. There were long queues for coffee, and tables were not cleared quickly enough. it was hard to find a clean spot to sit and enjoy the meal.

inconvenient power point limited sauna access
i found a few issues that bothered me . the kettle could only be plugged into a power point on the floor, i thought that was a bit inconvenient. there weren't enough power points at the desk. additionally, i found it strange that i had to request the sauna to be turned on instead of it being available during certain hours.
